I spoke to Alan on the phone after a friend recommended him, straight away the detail and communication he gave leading leading up to the job was brilliant, the job Alan and the team done was fantastic, the roof was in a bit of a state and Alan has restored it to how it should be now. It looks great. he was always giving me updates on how the job was going by phone on a regular basis. The roof looked great, I would highly recommend this firm.

Alan and the team did an excellent job. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem and gave me some options. Once a plan and price was agreed they performed the work quickly and to a high standard. I was kept informed of progress and the site was kept tidy. The work was completed on time and to budget despite some challenges with the unpredictable weather. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend AGL.

We had water leak into our loft with the cause unknown as our roof was too high to be accessed by ladder. I arranged scaffolding and got a few quotes in for survey and repair. The issue was that the lead had failed and needed replacement. In the end I went with AGL Roofing as I felt they were competent for the sort of work that needed to be done and also competitive in terms of price. The work was completed sooner than anticipated and the finished result was good. The problem has been sorted and we happy with the end result. In terms of customer service both Marc and Alan were responsive and courteous. They explained the issue and what they proposed to do. They took feedback on the initial quote well and were able to meet our requirements. Overall excellent work and thank you again.
