Our back door lock had broken (key turning but door locked shut and not opening). Paul opened the door, removed the full mechanism, which was a complex five bolt security mechanism, and fitted a temporary secure lock. As a highly skilled locksmith, Paul was able to get the main locking mechanism re-built, saving us £100s. The repaired locking mechanism was then refitted and the whole door aligned (hinge and bolt adjustments) and it is opening/closing and locking better than it ever has. Paul is polite, timely and a truly knowledgeable craftsmen - thoroughly recommended.

A multi lock unit on my front door was ordered and competently replaced within a week of the initial visit. A kitchen window handle was also swiftly fixed. Good communication throughout, punctual and experienced. Thank you Paul.

Swift response via Whats app and fitted the job in very quickly. I needed a replacement lock after snapping the key in the lock and all supplies were on board. Finished the job really quickly and even helped to adjust the door to prevent future mishaps. I felt I could trust his opinion and highly recommend.

Having talked to Paul on the phone I felt confident in his abilities and trustworthiness. He arrived on time and we discussed either having a new barrel or complete new lock on my front door. My old lock had become difficult to open but I wasn’t an emergency call out. I decided on a new lock ( which came with 2 keys) and Paul cut 2 extra keys for me as spares. He knows what he’s talking about, is clean and tidy and kept the costs to a minimum. If ever needed, I’ll definitely use him again. Can recommend.

Paul had previously replaced the locks on our new home. Unfortunately, this year I left my keys abroad, so on arrival at the airport I called Paul. He was very reassuring and was able to meet me at my home to gain access and replace the lock. Paul is extremely trustworthy and highly skilled and I would recommend him to everyone.

Genuinely cannot see any reason to score below 10. Responded promptly to my call, explained the cost and agreed a time that day. Arrived ready slightly before the appointed time, explained the options and prior to drilling the failed lock he managed to pick it open and then sorted everything and left me after c. 20 minutes with the issue resolved.

Paul was extremely knowledgeable and his analysis of the problem gave me complete confidence in his ability to fix the issue, which he did. The manufacturer of the windows (a well known company) had stopped servicing them due to their age, so I was extremely happy Paul was able to solve the problem. I would definitely use him again.
