This is an unfortunate review, as my initial conversation with the owner was very positive. This is a review about communication/customer service ONLY. I spoke with the owner mid week and explained my requirements. He said he would come on Sunday to view and quote. I sent him my address but heard nothing. On Sunday I sent a text message asking if he was coming and what time. Nothing. I then sent an email , covering all communication avenues just in case, again, nothing. What a shame, as I'm sure his work is excellent going off his reviews. I gave a 2 for the first call. otherwise a 0 for coms
