We replace 3 bay windows and our front door. We received excellent service from start to finish. A very professional company without the pushy sales part! Michael was great from the start. Advising what was best for us as well as the price of everything, making everything very clear. As for the fitters, they arrived on time every day and kept the works and house tidy constantly. They’d already fitted a new porch a few years back so I decided to use them again to replace windows around the whole house because I was so pleased with the first installation. Alaskan Windows installed replacement double-glazed frontage of our conservatory, which consisted for one set of double-doors and six windows. The whole process was very smooth and customer-friendly. The entire Alaskan Windows team provided an efficient service, and we are very happy with the result. We have used Alaskan Windows on a number of occasions now and we have never been disappointed.

I used Alaskan Window for the replacement of 7 original Victorian windows in my house. From the initial house visit where time was taken to show me my options and how to ensure the final look was in keeping with the windows I was replacing, to the installation and finally the support to ensure my windows were all registered for the warranty, the team were helpful and professional. The installation was clean and took place on the dates arrangers. I highly recommend them for any windows or doors you need to have replaced.

This our 2nd time, having windows ftom Alaskan Windows and both times have been an easy experience. They communicate well, come when they say they will, explain the insurance, what will happen on the day. On the day they were considerate of the property, covering the stairs and clearing up after themselves. I will book them again.

This is the third time we have used Alaskan Windows. This time we had a composite front door installed. This is a nice team, who offer reasonable prices and don't push with a hard sell. We had a couple of issues with the installation, but the team responded very quickly and all was put right within 24 hours. We are very pleased with the results.

Alaskan is a no-nonsense but entirely professional family company of long standing that gave us a much better quotation for double glazing our six windows with patio doors than two of the major companies. We liked the genuine approach of the manager who came to see us, others' positive feedback, that they are relatively small and local and the quotation. They use sub-contractors who it seems primarily work for them. The subbies were easy to get along with, flexible and they cleaned up well. We're very happy with their work. I definitely recommend getting a quote from them.
