Mark came to clear out the guttering, clear some ivy and repair a loose roof tile. He was helpful, punctual and reasonable. I would definitely use him and his company again.

Mark was very clear about the roof repair work throughout the process. He completed the work within a week of quoting, and the price was excellent compared to other quotes i received. As of today, thanks to the repair, our roof is completely watertight.

This is the second time I have used Albion. Mark came and fixed some leaking guttering where the water was just gushing over the side. Did a quick and great job, adding extra supports as well as adjusting the angle of the flow to ensure proper drainage. Even added in an extra elbow elsewhere to help with a separate issue. Always friendly, reliable and clean workers.

Mark was well-organised and professional. His quote (for dealing with leaks on a flat roof) was reasonable and well explained. The work was done carefully and good quality materials used.

I contacted Albion as I had a leak coming through the flat roof at the front of my property, and Mark came and had a look that same day. He got up onto the roof there and then; found a blockage causing the problem which he then cleared, and gave me advice on securing the property against further similar problems. He was extremely flexible, generous, helpful and honest with his assistance and recommendations. I had used Albion a few years previously which was why I contacted him again - on that occasion also he was very reliable, efficient, tidy and thoughtful. Both times I have been extremely happy with Mark's work, and I will definitely use Albion again when I need any roofing work done.

Mark and his team replaced a tile that was missing from my roof, allowing rain and even pigeons to get into the roof space. Mark was quick, efficient and affordable, and fixed another minor piece of work that he spotted once he got up on the roof for no extra charge. Only minor frustration was with the scaffolders that Mark subcontracted who pitched up with no warning. Mark was very apologetic about this though and did his best to keep me informed about progress throughout.

We had damage to our summer house roof that needed urgent repair. We called Albion and they understood what work needed doing and supplied a quote. We checked with a few alternative suppliers then went with Albion. The work was delayed by a bad weather but was then quickly completed to our full satisfaction. Mark and his colleague were fast, efficient and thorough.

We were very satisfied with Mark's work - he is very responsive, professional, and fixed the issue with rainwater coming through our roof.

Was able to contact Mark easily via email and send over a couple of photos of our broken gutter and chimney which needed repointing. A quote was received quickly and date arranged for the repairs to be carried out. Mark and his colleague were on time and cracked on with the job without fuss. We were offered the option of a cheaper repair or a more expensive replacement for the guttering without any hard sell. Communication was great throughout, they were quick, tidy, quiet and very mindful of us working from home at the same time. Very pleased with the finished work. The new guttering now properly routes rain water to the drain without leaking and the chimney is fully repointed and looks much smarter. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Mark only had a photo to go on, but once he was there with a colleague and a ladder he knew exactly what to do, and replaced a 10 M section of soffit in a remarkably short time. Such an improvement!

I initially contacted Albion Roofing Solutions in the summer for a quote on this job, I received a prompt response. The quote was not the cheapest but my decision to go ahead with Albion/Mark was based on the fact that they are local as well as the positive reviews left by others on this website. Mark maintained good communication whilst attempting to source a downpipe of the colour that best matched the other grey pipes which did not need replacing. Mark arrived on time and the job was completed efficiently and to a good standard.

We had a parapet roof gutter leak with unclear cause. Mark came round very promptly after I reached out for a quote, proposed a number of potential solutions with differing costs and wasn’t pushy at all. We opted for cheapest approach, and Mark and team came round a couple of weeks later (a week earlier than estimated!). The work was completed in a day by Mark and his two colleagues. They were efficient, tidy and checked in through the day. The final work quality is very high, the cost very reasonable and they were good company in the house, even washed up their mugs before heading off! Couldn’t recommend strongly enough - if I ever need further roof work, I won’t hesitate to contact Mark and team again.

Mark fixed a series of ongoing leaks around a complicated, walk-on flat glass roof over my kitchen extension. Of many quotes we got, he was the only one who correctly identified design flaws then came up with creative ways to fix them. Not only that, but a couple of years later when a related leak appeared in a lead box gutter (not of Mark's doing) he was kind enough to advise on this and save me a great deal of money by doing so. He's a lovely guy, does a great job, and really knows his stuff. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
