Called the plumber out to fix my dads loo. Turned out to be a fancy foreign make with non standard parts. This chap chased them down. It too real effort and perseverance. He did and in my books is brilliant. I heartily recommend him for tenacity and workmanship.

Third time Shaz has been to our property and the last! Used him last week to take off 4 radiators and put back on (for decorating) - charged £130. A few days after putting them back on noticed water leaking from one of the valves. Called Shaz out and he had the cheek to ask for another £40 to replace the valve, despite the valve being perfectly fine before he worked on it. I asked him for his insurance details and he refused and left without replacing. Wouldn't use again!

Poor service - didn't show up when he said he would. Used a more reputable plumber to do the job. Would not recommend.

Poor service, job cost more than quoted and left without heating for 4 nights whilst work completed. Had to get another plumber out to check on the work to ensure safe.

Shaz is a really nice guy, came out on a saturday to help me out with an emergency. Professional and fast with fair prices. Would recommend.

I can only commend Shaz for the great job he did replacing a 22 year old boiler, complete with leak today. Not only did Shaz come for an emergency visit on New Years Eve! But he was back with a replacement boiler as soon as the suppliers made it available (4th Jan),installing it with cold water leaking all over the place/ him (turns out our mains switch needs work). LEGEND. Shaz and his apprentice swept up after themselves, bled all radiators and explained everything that had happened, with tips for maintenance - they even let me video this (i'm not one for technical stuff!). Shaz kept a smile on his face and made us laugh through a tough time; battling with an ancient boiler in tough conditions, dealing with paperwork/ registering the new boiler himself (customers often forget then if there's a problem with the warranty it gets complicated), using handy chip and pin card payment and having great communication throughout. Thanks Shaz, and all the best for saving more homes in 2017!

at last an honest plumber ! came when we arranged and explained what needed to be repaired without trying to make me look stupid for asking him.
