Fantastic service. Had a new double rad fitted in my lounge. Nick was polite, friendly & very informative throughout. Cleaned up after himself & the new radiator has made a massive difference heat wise. Would highly recommend & will definitely use again.

I was recommended Nick by a friend whilst arranging help for my mother in law after her system stopped providing hot water. From the initial enquiry to his first visit, quote and final installation, Nick was first class. He quickly identified the issue, provided a competitive quote which was duly accepted, he ordered the parts and when they arrived booked the installation in with my mother in law and arrived on the arranged day at the agreed time. What more could you ask for? I had no hesitation in calling him when my own mother needed a replacement part on her boiler. First class service!

Arrived in good time supplied and fitted the Radiator. Very clean an tidy job , removed all the waste. Carried out a test before he left. All in all very happy.

Nick was very efficient and clear about the work that was needed on my broker boiler, he explained the possible problems and ordered the parts to fix the boiler straight away. Came back the next day and got our heating working again. Very reliable and trustworthy man. Did not feel messed around at all.

Nick has serviced the boiler on more than one occasion and carried out repairs too. He is always on time, respectful and courteous. He always explains any issues in depth and never leaves a mess. Would highly recommend.

Nick came to me today to install my dishwasher and do my annual boiler service. This is the 3rd year he has come. He is absolutely wonderful! So kind and polite. He took extra time and care to make sure the dishwasher was flush. It was a really awkward install and he did amazingly. He charged an extremely reasonably rate. I offered him more money and he turned it down. He is a gentleman. If you're not sure who to use when looking for a new plumber, please use him. He is so reliable and trustworthy. Salt of the earth.
