Paul did an excellent job of gutting and installing a new bathroom for us. The work took longer than the initial estimate but he put in extra shifts to ensure the work was done with minimal fuss. Paul was adamant that he didn't want to rush the project and whilst we had a number of unforseen issues he tackled these with the professionalism, attention to detail and the skill that you would expect. An extremely friendly and considerate chap, he was respectful and clean with regards to our property, and flexible when it came to our cats. We will definitely be using him again for future work and the price for the job was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommended.

The old bathroom and cloakroom left by the previous owners was small, out-dated non-functional and grim (Bathroom 1 picture). Paul and his team gutted it all, knocked through a wall and refurbished to produce a fabulous 4-piece bathroom (Bathroom 2 & 3 pictures). The guys worked consistently, daily and ,most importantly, we felt comfortable having them in our home. We added a couple of changes, which Paul accommodated, with a slight increase in the final bill as expected. Generally, they were on time. There has to be some flexibility as some days the work demanded that they had to stay/come back later or mornings get supplies. We only had a rough idea of what we wanted and Paul found fittings and colours that worked well together in the end. A slight leak appeared under the basin, but this was resolved with no issue. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend.

Paul, the owner, is first class. We have had two new kitchens, new bathroom and new flooring Could not fault him. Any problems he quickly corrects. Excellent.

We couldn't be happier with Paul and his team. They carried out a complete refit of our dated and tired family bathroom and transformed it into a stunning modern shower room exactly as requested. All the work was carried out expertly and professionally to an extremely high standard. They turned up on time every day and finished a day earlier than predicted. All the old units and hardware were taken away at the end of the work. They took great care in our home and were courteous and professional from day one until completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and in fact I already have. We will certainly be using Blackwood Home Improvements for any future work.
