We had an extension done recently and have been totally happy from start to finish. A professional yet friendly team, from the boss to the brickie. High quality finish and work completed in under 5 weeks as promised! Work ethic and cleanliness was second to none. Daily communication with the boss kept you in the loop and was happy to work with any feedback given to him. Would recommend this company to anyone. We are very happy with our fabulous extension.

A very trust worthy team of professionals all work in coordination with each other taking complete ownership of the work all the way through from start to finish wholly managed and supervised by a core team who perform most of the work in live with minimum or no disturbance to the essential services onsite, giving due consideration to the owners, especially to the neighbourhood and the surrounding space making it safe and secure for everyone around the work site. Materials provided are of outstanding quality meeting up with the standards as per plan and site inspection by all concerned authorities are taken care of by the team, leaving just a sit and watch all around atmosphere and experience to the owners. All in all an unbelievable experience of extending our dream project of more than the original size and completing everything in just under 4 months together with an out build and a full renovation of the original house. Felt like a member of family doing the project for ourselves.

AM Building and Renovations have built me a single story rear extension to my property. When Iddy the boss of AM came over he made it sound so easy, he said he would have the extension completed in 5 weeks which I thought was a little optimistic, but he was true to his word very clean, trust worthy and polite bunch. Highly recommend.

Iddy and his amazing team at AM Building and Renovations did several jobs for us. We originally called them to knock down and build a new wall and lift up the entire ground floor. They did such an amazing job we ended asking them to do several more jobs. I am so happy we've found them, I was dreading having building work done because people always tell you terrible stories about jobs they've had done but I guess they hired the wrong builder. The team at AM Building and Renovations are clean, considerate, punctual, friendly, and they treat your home like their own. Everything is done with a lot of care and precision. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I had about a dozen builders over to quote me prior to meeting Iddy and his team, instantly I felt he was the right builder for my extension. No nonsense, kept to his work, no hidden costs and very organised throughout. His team were helpful, tidy and very competent, they kept me informed of what was going on and nothing seemed too much trouble. I had several quotes from different companies but Iddy stood out from the start as being someone who understood my vision, budget and need to get the job done as efficiently, quickly and reliably as possible with minimal disruption due to my situation of working from home, dogs and a toddler. Iddy and his team have been incredibly reliable and professional with our conversation project. Punctual, tidy, courteous, polite, resourceful and genuinely considerate good honest guys - absolutely phenomenal service. As with any building project there are bound to be some complications - Iddy has a plan for all eventualities so really helped to take the stress away and managed everything perfectly. They go over and beyond and the prompt helpful communication has been especially appreciated - I bombard Iddy with questions and he’s always answering quickly even out of hours/evenings to ensure I get the answers I need asap. I would 110% recommend Iddy, the best there is!

Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous clean,honest and decent builders. They renovated our property whilst we still lived in it and the respect and professionalism shown is equal to none. The Principal builder Iddy, was very patient and attentive to our needs , nothing was too much trouble, even when we kept changing our minds about various things. The finish is to an exceptionally high standard. The operatives were equally decent and respectful. We could not have asked for more from this excellent team. There were no hidden cost and the efficiency of the team is like I have never seen before. This is our second extention completed by A&M BUILDING AND RENOVATIONS. It was due to take 3 months however it was completed in just over 2 not sacrificing quality. Johnny and Ray were always on time never took a brake longer than half hour, never left early, worked through rain etc and when the day was finished always made the site clean and safe (we have children so this was helpful to us). The other contractors ie plasterer, electrician, the roofer,bricklayer etc were all professional,efficient and got their job completed in a timely manner. The boss would do spot checks and make sure it was done to a high standard. We had confusion over a tree in a neighbouring garden this was sorted in hours (had this been another building company this could have taken weeks to resolve). A&M BUILDING RENOVATIONS sauced our doors and windows at a fantastic price. A&M BUILDING RENOVATIONS take the same pride in their multimillion pound houses as they do in their smaller renovations. A trust worthy company to look into efficient reliable company to spend your money with.
