"Mirek obtained and installed replacement double glazed units for my conservatory roof. He also organised scaffolding for the garage roof next to it and carried out the necessary repairs. All the work was done to a very high standard. I discovered a serious water leak in my kitchen around the time he started work. He knew what the problem was, obtained a part next day, fitted it and explained how to dry the kitchen out. I'm very pleased with everything he has done and wouldn't hesitate to ask him to work for me again."

He did a first class job, achieving an excellent finish that can be expected to last for many years. I appreciated the fact that he drew up a contract that we both signed, so I knew what we were both committing ourselves to. I will be asking him to do more work for me in the future and have no hesitation in recommending him to others."

Mirek obtained and installed replacement double glazed units for my conservatory roof. He also organised scaffolding for the garage roof next to it and carried out the necessary repairs. Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
