Measured incorrectly. Fitted incorrectly. Products failed due to not being fitted correctly . Sold as A rated. FENSA reviewed 2020 and non are energy rated. Gareth said he would return to sort out main windows, never happened. Have emailed on many occasions with no response. He even stated big hole that appeared after replacing window was nothing to do with him. Note he is now linked to another company; having checked his previous web site Pick me a locksmith which this Facebook brings to this service
