The project included damp course treatment and replastering, removal of an internal wall with structural steel installed in accordance with building regulations, removal of a rotten timber floor and replacement with an insulated concrete floor, opening up a fireplace ready for a log burner, blocking up an additional fireplace, blocking up two internal doors, and creating a new internal doorway supported by a concrete lintel. All work was completed to a high standard, and we are very pleased with the results."
