I called Apex to fix what I thought was an issue with my chimney flashing. They came round promptly and discovered that the actual issue was rotten tile battens. They also advised that work by a previous company was of poor quality. We discussed the options to resolve the issue and came up with a cost effective method re-using the existing battens and tiles where possible and only replacing those that were damaged. Once they had stripped the roof they found other issues due to the age of the house which they showed me and asked how I would like to proceed. All of the work was carried out to a very high standard. The team on site were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Any issues they found were shown to me either in person or with pictures and then discussed to agree how best to proceed. I was happy with the cost and very pleased with the end product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I contacted Apex to locate and repair my leaking extension roof that the original builder didn’t want to do. They were very thorough and informative and they made sure I was happy with everything before they left. This was all a very reason cost too.

Graham from Apex Roofing Services successfully completed the re-tiling to our semi-detached house dating back to the 1920’s. Graham visited several times in the months preceding the work giving his advice from his years of experience. Graham provided samples of the Forticrete V2 tile chosen for colour samples and also matching dry verge. Additional requests were all accommodated; extending scaffolding I places, removal of old TV aerials, repointing of chimney stack, replacing rainwater goods and fascia’s with new. The works were completed in just over a week by Wayne and Robert and are to a high standard with areas left clean and tidy. Graham also left me with extra tiles for a future project to add insulated render to the outside of the house that will require the extension of the roof. The cost of the works was very competitive and by far the best of all the quotes I received. I wish I had another roof for Graham and Apex Roofing Services to work on! My heartfelt thanks. Abed
