I was contacted by Paul within 5 minutes of posting my problem. He diagnosed the issue over the phone immediately and offered me a repair slot for the next day. He arrived on time and made quick work of the repair. He changed the part (the element) and checked that all the other parts to the oven were in working order. I couldn't believe how quick and efficient the whole process was, from quote to repair and how friendly and helpful he was throughout. Would absolutely use Paul again in the future and recommend his services to others.

Paul arrived on time, great customer service skills. Was able to diagnose the issue with our faulty oven fairly quickly and rectify the issue in no time using genuine parts. Paul also went out of his way to explain how to use the oven and what the various functions did. Very knowledgeable in his trade. 10/10 would definitely recommend his services.

I contacted Paul regarding an issue with my oven not heating. He quickly identified the likely cause after asking whether the fan was operating, which it wasn’t. Really good experience with Paul and APM. Our oven which is quite old, was unfortunately providing no heat, even though the power and electrics all seemed to be working fine. After a quick call with Paul, he was able to know the model straight away and diagnose the issue. Luckily for us Paul was in the area and able to pop by, he managed to repair the oven in a quick turnaround and the whole process was really smooth. Good communication, competitive price and would highly recommend Paul & APM.

I contacted Paul by email on Friday evening expecting a reply on Monday, but he called me back the same evening and organised to come and fix my oven first thing Monday! This is the second time we have used Apm - but I’m sure not the last! He is very hard working, efficient, always polite and professional - would not hesitate to recommend.
