Paul happened to be in the area I live and said he would be with me within the hour which he was. He knew straight away what was wrong with my cooker/oven. No problem fixing it and also fixed the handle of the oven. Very pleased

My oven had stoped working, messaged APM at 1pm, Paul arrived just after 2pm. As soon as he looked at oven he knew what the problem was, gave me a price - new part fitted and oven working by 2.30pm. Amazing service- would definitely recommend.

I had an issue with changing a 30 year old integrated Neff oven’s light. Paul was punctual, polite & clearly very experienced. He explained how to change the light (had to literally pull the whole oven out). He showed me how to do it so I could do it myself next time & answered any other queries I had. He also made sure the oven was functioning properly before leaving. I would highly recommend Paul & intend to contact him for any future oven related issues.

Oven stopped working in the morning,called Paul who was able to come the same day. He quickly identified that the problem was an internal fuse and fixed it in no time. Called Paul because he had previously fixed a problem with our washing machine. Would definitely recommend him.

I found APM on Checkatrade. I rang the number and Paul answered and said he would ring once he had finished his current job. He did and I told him my washing machine had stopped working mid cycle.He said he was 20 minutes away and he arrived on time. Professional in appearance and manner. Discovered the problem which was a blockage in the air pressure tube which was causing the pressure switch to malfunction. Paul did a rough sketch to explain the mechanism and the reason why the water was prevented from entering the drum. I appreciated the clear explanation about what he found and what he did to fix it. My Daughter also has a Bosch washing machine and I gave her APM’s number in the event of the problem after he had left. Thanks for your prompt service yesterday Paul. 5 ⭐️

I called APM on Monday evening he came out weds and fixed my cooker excellent service.had a new fan put on and a new element fitted cost £170 in total. Very happy saved me buying a new cooker free call out plus free valuation.would highly recommend.
