Really pleased with our refurbished conservatory. Apple & Oak were professional, considerate and courteous throughout.

Apple & Oak were recommended to us by friends who had had their conservatory re-built by Apple &Oak. We wanted to replace all the glazing (windows, doors and roof) in our current conservatory with more thermo-efficient glass. The roof of our conservatory has a very high pitch so the work was not easy but it was all carried out really well. Everything was done really well - careful covering of all surfaces not being worked on, regular information each day about what had been done that day and what was envisaged for the following day, very polite people working on site who were very respectful, who we were very comfortable having in our home and who were very tidy. They also cleaned up after themselves very well and we did not have to do anything in the way of cleaning up. We would very happily recommend them to any of our friends. Quality work and quality people.

I have been very impressed from the initial contact to the finished work. Everything explained, always punctual always pleasant and works completed on time.

Apple and Oak were not our first choice. I had been recommended a similar contractor by a friend and not wanting to go with that recommendation without other quotes I searched Google finding Apple and Oak. When I first contacted Adam he was very engaging over the phone and from the moment I met him in person when he measured to quote I could tell he was very professional and honest. Adam provided a comprehensive quote based on my requirements and I found it comparable with other quotes. What set him apart from the others was his attention to detail and knowledge of the product he was to install. From the moment we agreed Apple and Oak were to be our chosen contractor Adam took the time to explain everything in detail. On day one of the installation he and his team arrived and the installation ran to timetable, despite some inclement January weather. The whole Apple and Oak team were fantastic throughout. Thoughtful, clean and professional through every process.

We were given various options as to how to do our conservatory renovation and at no point was any pressure put on us for one option or another. All questions answered with clarity. I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with this company. From the start, Adam’s communications were prompt, professional, clear and very detailed. He followed through on all promises made. While the job was ongoing he sent me several messages detailing the progress, and letting me know what to expect in coming days. Planning and design of the job was very professional. Everything was executed to plan with no issues. All the team were helpful, punctual and very respectful. The final product is really well done and real attention to detail is evident.

Adam attended and spent time with us to understand our issues with the glass roof and explained the process and benefits in changing to the superlite roof system. Having received the quote and accepting it, we were booked in. Everything happened as described, from deliveries to attendance of the team. I cannot recommend these guys enough, the onsite build team were friendly, courteous and had an excellent eye for detail. The workmanship is superb. They worked hard and have left us with a room which is so much more usable. Much Less noise from rain/wind and the temperature is easier to control.

From start to finish, from paperwork to manual work everything was extremely professional with a great work ethic. Punctuality exceptional. They left the conservatory cleaner than when started. Brilliant job. We were so pleased with the outcome and would recommend Apple & Oak 100%
