"Purchased a house and had an issue with space in the bathroom. A large towel radiator was installed near the loo, so it was a case of sitting on an angle to use. Contacted APW had an engineer come to see the issue and discuss solutions. Removed the radiator, removed tiles which were drilled & replaced with new. Installed a smaller towel radiator to allow correct use of my loo. Perfect solution, can now happily sit! Workers very respectful, towards me and the house taking care to not mark anything. No mess left after the job and quick turn around! Highly recommend!"

By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
