Bill and his team are highly experienced and friendly. They really try to do their best for the client's individual circumstances and take a pride in the end result. They pressure washed the surface, repaired flaking areas and applied mould preventer where necessary. Top coat was applied by either brush or spray, all carefully colour matched. Masking paper and tape was used to protect all other surfaces. Some dropped leading under a window sill was also repaired. The result is excellent.

Despite having made an appointment and myself and my wife staying in, this person failed to keep the appointment and also failed to contact us to either let us know he would not be coming, or to apologise for not turning up. Don't bother making an appointment with him, he'll probably let you down.

We can thoroughly recommend Arbiter Coatings. They are very competitive on price and a friendly and helpful business. Bill Newbegin went out of his way to tender and explain the job and the process. We accepted his price but then "lock down" intervened which prevented the start of work. Bill maintained contact with us through out the lock down and as soon as he was able to return to work and travel to Norwich the job was started. Arbiter did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and efficiently, very tidy, protecting driveway and finishes and cleaning up carefully after the works. Their standard of finishing has been very high. Our house looks splendid, old cracked wall render and joins have disappeared and the Andura coating is very attractive.
