"The engineers were polite and respectful of our property. Arrived promptly, the first time, to diagnose and try to repair the problem which they quickly identified was a faulty diverter cartridge. They spent nearly an hour trying to repair but it was necessary to order a replacement part. I was advised the exact part to order and they returned the next business day after I received it to fit. This was very quick but they fitted and tested the shower was working. Very satisfied with all round service and would definitely use again."
