Our experience with Joe and his team has been extremely disappointing. Despite charging high-end prices, their work was riddled with poor workmanship, inexperience, and unresolved issues. Many installations were so flawed that we had to hire professional plumbers to redo their work. Despite numerous attempts to address these problems, they refused to take responsibility and still demanded payment for incomplete and substandard work. We strongly advise against hiring this company. Save yourself the stress and costs—hire someone reputable instead!

Ashton’s were always quick to respond to my initial enquiry, they were very communicative whilst are arranging a suitable time for the works to be carried out. They turned up on time, were tidy, courteous and very nice. They did a great job and I’ll be using them for any future plumbing and heating work.

Joe has been my plumber for years, he’s always a my go to for any problems. He’s fast, reliable and also does the job to a high standard. He’s fixed many issues my previous plumber caused, always is happy to sort my landlord safety certificate and carry out any jobs I need when my tenants report them to me.

Absolute smashing job by Joe very friendly, did a great job very pleased and highly recommended will definitely use Ashton's Heating & Plumbing in the future.

We have used Ashton's H&P; a few times now, initially for a couple of general plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs and we have been very pleased with their work. So when it came to having a complete new central heating system & hot water cylinder we had absolutely no qualms with requesting Joe to carry out the work. We were not disappointed, we are delighted with our new Vaillant system and although there were a couple of small issues along the way, nothing was too much trouble for Joe and he got stuck straight in, eager to resolve the situation. It was a pleasure to have Ashton H&P; working in our home, so refreshing to know there are still such genuine, enthusiastic and hard working trades man in the world. We would highly recommend Ashton H&P; with no hesitation!

Came out the next working day to look at broken bath tap. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly as well as nip out to get a part he didn't have in the van for a second job that arose. Was happy to explain what he was doing and how the system worked. Very friendly and called to ask if he could come earlier than planned. Would definitely use them again.

Called to have our immersion heater replaced. Fitted the job in at short notice and arrived as promised. Very polite engineer who did the work quickly, efficiently and at the price that had been estimated. So glad to have hot water back! Many thanks and we will be using Ashton's for any future plumbing work we may need.

Excellent service from Ashton's Plumbing - highly recommended, will definitely use again!

Initially had our boiler serviced by Ashton P & H after a recommendation on Hazlemere Residents FB page. We then used Ashton P & H to plumb our washing machine into the garage and install TVR's on all radiators. An excellent and professional service. We were able to leave Joe in our house on both days when he carried out the work. I was impressed that Joe took his shoes off without asking if I wanted him too! Joe also entertained our 3 1/2 year old sons questions about what he was doing and allowed him to help! Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
