"After several fruitless attempts to find a company to repair a damaged water pipe, I was given the phone number for B & N Utlities Solutions Ltd. Being urgent, Lee and Ben juggled their calendar to get my repair scheduled asap, They arrived on the agreed day, at the agreed time, and sorted out, what turned out to be a more difficult job than anticipated. They completed the work with minimum inconvenience, explained the cause of the problem and the work carried out. They cleaned after completing the repair. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would definitely use them in the future."

Being urgent, Lee and Ben juggled their calendar to get my repair scheduled asap, They arrived on the agreed day, at the agreed time, and sorted out, what turned out to be a more difficult job than anticipated. They completed the work with minimum inconvenience, explained the cause of the problem and the work carried out. They cleaned after completing the repair. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would definitely use them in the future.

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
