Called and spoke to Dean on 23.05 around 08.00, as arranged Jimmy arrived at 11.00 carried out works to repair door lock and handle, but returning to fit handle when it arrives. Great service and great chap. Thanks

Excellent communication from Keytek, turned up promptly at the agreed time and was honest about the level of work needed. We have a very old patio door which he managed to unstick, but was honest about not needing to pay to have new bolts fitted, recommending instead that we get a new door.

Nigel repaired realigned striker plate and serviced door lock so door now opens and shuts easily and locking mechanism is smooth.

From start to finish the locksmith who came (Gabriel) was absolutely brilliant. He arrived at the agreed time, he was polite and had the job done in no time. I would definitely use them again. Thank you

I was so pleased with my total experience. Alasdair arrived within 90 minutes and quickly recognised the problem. He had to take one of the parts of the lock away for repair but then returned to complete the job. I would certainly recommend Keytek to others and use them again myself should the need arise.

Starting with the helpful agent on the phone to the engineer who attended they were helpful and knowledgeable. I'm sure very few people can name certain parts of a door mechanism but they could understood the problem advised they will arrive by a certain time and arrived early.
