⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly, BaileysRoof smashed it. Proper top job from start to finish. Gave ‘em a bell and they were sound straight away—no messing about, told me exactly what needed doing and gave me a decent price, none of that dodgy sales talk. The lads turned up bang on time every day, grafted hard, and had a laugh too—good vibes all round. But don’t think they were sloppy: the work was tight. Roof looks mint now! What I rate about ‘em most is they actually give a toss. Kept me in the loop the whole time, cleaned up after themselves and didn’t try to squeeze extra money out of me halfway through like some cowboys do. Honestly can’t fault ‘em. If you want your roof sorted by people who know their stuff and don’t act like muppets, BaileysRoof is your lot. 10/10 would use ‘em again. Cheers lads!

Quality work (pictures don’t do it justice), arrived on time and finished within the timeframe quoted. Very clean and tidy work and would highly recommend to others.
I had a small repair done to the guttering and down pipe on my garage and Jason also cleaned it out for me, it was only a small job but it wasn’t too much trouble for him. I’m also considering having new facia boards and guttering on the house and garage in the near future and I’ll definitely have Baileysroofs.

Jason and his partner of Bailey Roofing gave me a quote for removing a roof which was very competitive and advised that on removal there may be extra to pay due to the condition of the roof trusses when all the tiles had been removed .Jason kept me imformed every stage of the work The work was completed to my satisfaction. All the rubbish was cleaned up and removed on completion. I would recommend Bailey Roofing for any roofing work and will certainly have them back if i have any other roof work in the furure Thank you Jason
From initially reaching out for an issue with our roof (Slipped/damaged tiles) to fixed within less than 48Hrs! Issue was fixed quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price. 10/10 Would recommend and will use again.
Great job from start to finish, second time we've used BaileysRoofs to repair our roof. Originally they replaced our ridge tile that had come off in bad weather, came out promptly and got the job done. This time around they replaced a broken tile that had come off the roof, and fixed two slipped tiles back into place with nails. Friendly and polite, got the job done quickly but professionally. Would happily call them again for any future roofing needs. Thanks!
