Local St Albans plumbing and heating Shuab and I would like to pass on our thanks and appreciation for your prompt and professional work. I have used this company for the past 15 years I will continue to use them as they are very reliable and they always comeback if there’s a problem which usually there isn’t. I cannot recommend Baker Smith highly enough. We recently had a leak but had no idea where it was coming from - Baker Smith were our saviors! They traced and found the leak for us, explained what would need to happen to repair it and did the repair brilliantly. Both Liam and Mark were extremely professional and knowledgeable and Ginny was fantastic - overall I was so impressed with their service I will 100% use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great service, arriving within an hour of my call after a waste water pipe leaked into my kitchen. I was kept updated throughout the process and the work was professional and efficient. Highly recommended.
We had a leak in our cold water tank. Baker Smith found it and replaced the tank. Simon did all the work including putting it on a much better platform. They communicated prices clearly, we're very professional and did the job well.
