Downstair loo/utility room refurbished. 5 Interior doors fitted and painted. New soffit and guttering replaced. All work was completed very quickly, would recommend the firm to others needing building work.

You get what you pay for. I cannot fault Jason and his team. The job was completed in good time, and everyone was, competent, friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with the result and would strongly recommend to anyone

All the work carried out was excellent. The workmen arrived on time tidied up when finished and were very pleasant to deal with. Work included refurbishing loo/utility room, 5 new doors fitted and painted, new soffits and guttering , new handrail upstairs and tiling in upstairs loo. I recently had my house painted, along with repairs to my shed and garage door, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. From start to finish, the team was excellent. They were very tidy, kept everything clean and organized, and their attention to detail really showed in the results. As someone in my senior years, I also want to highlight how safe and comfortable I felt throughout the process. When my shower broke down Gary promptly sent some one to look at it, order and fit a new one. Nothing was too much trouble and the problem was resolved swiftly.

Dave from Balance was prompt every morning, tidy and did a very good job of painting our bungalow. We would definitely have Balance back again.

I used Trevor for a small job related to airflow and damp. He was helpful from the outset, explained things clearly, and didn’t try to overcomplicate the issue. Once we got everything scheduled, the work was carried out efficiently and to a good standard. I know how hard it can be to find someone reliable, so I wanted to leave a review to say I’d happily use Trevor again. Straightforward to deal with and clearly takes pride in his work.

Toilet and cistern replaced. Good work done in a very confined area. Is the fourth time I've used Balance (a variety of jobs, large and small) and thoroughly recommend them.

We had the kitchen and downstairs cloakroom remodelled including new floors and ceilings throughout the downstairs.

Gary and the team at Balance & Co were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They removed our internal wall and carried out a full electrical inspection – all to a very high standard. Communication was clear, the work was tidy, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. We felt in safe hands throughout the project. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again!

From providing their first quotation to completion of the work they advised us of the options that were possible to renovate our bathroom. At the end of every day we were left with a useable toilet despite all the work that was being done. Clean & tidy Workmen that respected our home!

Very polite and friendly. Work was quoted for replacement shower. Gary and Jason kept us in touch and work was done by Dave who was also friendly. Finished to a high standard . Rubbish was taken away and left the bathroom tidy. Very pleased with it and would highly recommend Balance and co.

We have used this company before so we knew they would do a good job. They came as arranged and completed the work in 1 day, including digging up some well established bushes etc prior to installing the new fencing. Site was left clean and tidy and all debris taken away. Really pleased with their work.
