Even though he was busy with lots of other work on, he moved things around in order to come and do the job for me. He managed the situation brilliantly between the estate agent and the vendor, cleared up after he had removed and replaced decking to inspect the roof, and produced an excellent inspection report to satisfy all parties and resolve the situation. He is an absolute legend."

Ben Chipchase is a true professional and so very kind.
