Understood the problem and spent a full working day cleaning a complete heating and underfloor system, fitting a new manifold, which enabled greater future control of the system, and a full deep clean and overhaul of the boiler. Worked cheerfully and tidily. Would be confident to recommend Liam to any client.

Liam and his team did a great job for us on a really big, challenging task overhauling a large complex underfloor heating system (6 manifolds and about 25 zones) replacing the boiler, pumps, 4 manifolds, controls and a lot of the pipework. Parts alone came to nearly £10k Liam is a great problem solver with real attention to detail who takes pride in his work. Him and his team tackled the task methodically and worked very considerately (particularly as my wife and i were both working from home and our kids were around for some of the time). Liam talked us through progress each day and kept us updated on all major steps. Aftercare was great too. We're delighted with the result, turning a system that had worked only intermittently for the past 5 years into a smooth running efficient system that (so far) is keeping us toastie warm this autumn. Liam also fixed a couple of unrelated minor jobs quickly and efficiently. We would strongly recommend Liam for any job, big or small.

Liam was really accommodating- we had an unfortunate delay due to work not being completed our end but Liam saw that we were in a predicament and moved jobs to fit us in. Love this guy, his work is excellent and prices are fair. Definitely recommend and have him back.

3 companies quoted about the same price for the job; APGS offered more work for the money and came across as being driven more by meeting the interests of the customer. Michael who fitted the boiler was fantastic - polite, happy to explain what he was doing, and happy to get on with the job. The installation is very good, and Michael was happy explain how to best use the system the settings etc. he was also very tidy - he left the place tidier than he found it. I am not an expert - just a homeowner, and haven't had a boiler fitted before. That said, I was impressed by the customer service focus during the quote and the installation. Also, an acquaintance who is in the trade has since seen the new boiler and commented how professional the job is. Would I recommend them? yes, v much

Liam was tasked to carry out a repair to the central heating system by my insurance company. He was very personable and quickly identified the problem and did the job with the minimum of fuss. He left the place clean and tidy. We now have heating again.

Jamie was professional, efficient and friendly throughout, dispensing good advice and offering informed options for the various jobs I requested. Any issues were seen as learning opportunities which was a refreshing change from most workmen. The installation of the units as well as the water softener were conducted quickly and without fuss or disruption. After about 5 years of indecision about converting to mains pressure (worried about leaks!) we finally decided to bite the bullet and chose ‘All Plumbing’ Cambridge because of its excellent reviews. Liam was reassuring on the phone and although the job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, he and Jamie put in a 12 hour day to get the bulk of the work done and then came back on a Saturday to finish off. They honoured their original quote, worked really hard, explained what they were doing, were nice to have around and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The outcome is brilliant - great pressure, no more clunky shower pumps, more efficient heating, super hot water and the water softener actually taking effect. Highly recommended!

After being let down by many other companies I spoke with Jack in the office and explained that I needed my boiler serviced and also the thermostat needed replacing. He was very helpful and made a suggestion which I agreed to and a date for the work to be carried out. Michael arrived, some time after Jack had advised, and was unaware of the thermostat issue. This was most disappointing but he definitely turned the issue around. He liaised with Jack and put an order in for the correct product and carried out the service. He then returned, as promised, three days later, at the time he stated and replaced the thermostat. Michael is a credit to the company and was polite, understanding and sympathetic to the situation as well as clean and tidy. I always recommend this company and will continue to do so. Thank you.
