We have used The Plumbing Company for over 10 years since we moved to our current property. They have completely replaced all outdated plumbing and central heating and also planning ahead to facilitate future work to the house. We have always found them pleasant and considerate and willing to resolve awkward problems.

From the initial survey through to the supply, installation of a new boiler matched to the existing complex heating system, and the continued contact with the owner's son in the USA, advice, care for the elderly owner, and skilled working were second to none. The Plumbing Company Ltd, worked long hours and the boiler, pumps, tubing & electrics are now fully functional & everything was left clean & tidy. They gave a good explanation on running of the boiler & the best economic choices for use of the new system. My thanks to the company - I would not hesitate to recommend them. Superb customer service from start to finish. Quick response to the initial inquiry about the issue. Good communication getting the works setup. Punctual and professional workman on site, who also identified/resolved a secondary issue whilst completing the works. House left tidy, with clear instructions on what to do in the event of any further issues. Excellent service from start to finish.

Five stars for pleasant and efficient communication, good workmanship, and quick resolution of any issues as they arose. The property was empty so they came and went to suit their workflow. Quite pricey but their quotations were always clear and agreed before the work started, with options for supply of materials or not. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Plumbing Company Ltd for the quality of their work, their problem solving skills (it was a very small, old cottage) and their prompt communication.
