We booked Bespoke Plumbing Services (Dean) to undertake a complete refurbishment of our bathroom and separate cloakroom. We are really pleased with the final result. Throughout the project Dean was super supportive, offering advice from his many years experience, enabling us to make informed decisions. The project was completed on time and budget. Dean was helpful and informative from start to finish. He clearly wanted us to be happy with the finished product and nothing was too much trouble. Dean ripped out the old bathroom, re-tiled, completed pipework and fitted a new suit including a large shower. Although it was a disruptive job, Dean kept everything neat and tidy. We're very happy with the overall finish of the bathroom and wouldn't hesitate in using Dean again.

Dean fitted a new shower room for us. The process was very smooth. He kept us updated on a start date and was very organised about sending through information about what we needed to source. We engaged Bespoke Plumbing to upgrade our family bathroom - from bath only to bath & digital shower, new floor, ventilator fan, fixing broken tiles and painting. Dean did a complete bathroom renovation for us, including removal, fitting and hooking up the new works. His experience really shone through compared to other plumbers we got estimates from as he was able to architect and and bring to life a solution to a tricky problem: we needed a shower in a very small bathroom that did not have space for one but with his suggestion of erecting a false wall we were able to have it. This wasn't even recognised as an option by other plumbers. His work was also to a very high standard - for example the tiling was done beautifully. His comms were also very good

Dean re-furbished a shower room and cloakroom for us, with new tiled floors as wells as the replacement of towel rails and bi-fold shower door. All done to a very high standard for a very pleased customer. Hoping to use Bespoke Plumbing again in the future

We are so happy with the finished work, Dean worked hard and went that extra mile to ensure we have an amazing bathroom. We needed a walk in shower fitted into our bathroom for our disabled daughter and Dean transformed our bathroom to allow this and coped with us needing a bathroom daily. The job has been finished to such a high standard and included tiling and all fitting and plumbing. Dean installed our bathroom suite a few years ago so when we had a problem with the toilet I called Dean to have a look he found what was wrong and got the parts and fixed the issue. I would recommend Dean and Bespoke plumbing for he’s excellent workmanship ( and the benefit for us he is local)

He took delivery and checked each item for damage. He discussed progress and sent photos when I was not able to be there in person. He was patient and funny. His tiling skills are outstanding.

I cannot praise Bespoke Plumbing and heating services highly enough. Dean who owns the business was professional in every way and carried out all works from top to bottom, removal of all old fittings, fitting new shower, sink and toilet and tiling walls, new ceiling and fitting lights etc to the highest standard and with minimum disruption. I was kept fully updated of costs and any issues that were discoverede during the process. Dean provided a comprehensive pre works assessment and discussed with us every detail and gave great advice.
