Rochester Refurbishments, came in to rectify really bad work from a previous 'plasterer ' who left me with an awful mess! Rochester Refurbishments were able to redo the work to a very high standard, they arrived on time, were clean and professional at every step. Rochester Refurbishments carried out the work to a very high standard turning my vision into a reality...I couldn't be happier with the end results and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Extremely impressed with the worked completed from plastering, decorating and laying a new floor. Totally transformed my hall, stairs and landing area along with my new bedroom being unrecognisable. Brilliant reliable and totally trust worthy. At the end of every day my house was left clean and tidy as if they hadn’t been there. Quote was competitively priced. An outstanding duo, Mike and Bradley worked relentlessly in the heat to transform three rooms including plastering, fireplace removal, flooring, electrical work as well as decorating. Communication was excellent from start to finish and Mike was amazing at offering solutions to unexpected challenges that arose. I couldn’t recommend highly enough - already asked for Mike to complete the next part of the project. Excellent skills by an excellent team!

Had plastering done, new internal doors fitted, plus architraves and skirting updated in three rooms. Really happy with the work – everything looks great. The team was professional, on time, tidy, and easy to deal with, even when we did have few add on requests for the team like additional wall needed plastering. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to get them back for future jobs.

Mike and Bradley did an excellent job bricking up a fireplace and plastering, as well as replacing some skirting board and picture rail. Very happy with the result and would definitely use them again in the future.

Rochester Refurbishments have done several projects for us . The lastest was a bathroom refurbishment including changing the size of the bathroom, relocating a boiler, creating an airing cupboard - as well as complete refurb of the bathroom. We can always rely on Mike to do high quality work. Most importantly, we trust Mike to give us good advice and we trust his judgement. For this project he brought in other trade specialists - all of whom worked incredibly hard. I never mind having Mike or his team in my home. This tricky project was managed well and we're thrilled with the result.

Had a leak in attic, ruined ceiling in spare room, thought it was going to be a major job! Mike and Bradley turned up, a few hours later job done, good as new now! Would definitely recommend Mike for any and all jobs. Keeping his number for future work!

Absolutely fantastic job. We had 1 bedroom, landing and hallway plastered and coving installed. New door frames and architrave fitted. They were efficient, trustworthy and kept us informed throughout. We will definitely be using them for any future work

Mike has completed plastering jobs for us before, so we knew exactly who to call when the corner of our kitchen collapsed due to a long term leak. What was only supposed to be a ‘make good’ job, turned into a complete new kitchen / flooring / tiling after I got a bit over excited at Howdens 😂 Mike and his team were brilliant throughout. After copious cups of tea and biscuits, some challenges and quick thinking along the way during the fitting process and a couple of ‘practical jokes’, we finally have a lovely new kitchen!!! Hurrah!! We have just had Mike and mick build us a stunning media wall in our living room the workmanship and the craftsmanship is nothing but exceptional. We designed the media wall and Mike and mick brought it to life with every little detail thought of including led lighting on each shelf, glass on each shelf, hidden wires and Tv/internet boxes hidden. We are extremely happy with our media wall.

Mike and mick have just built us a stunning media wall in our living room. Mike talked us through the whole process from start to finish and talked us through all of our choices and any changes that needed to be made ect. Nothing was ever to much for either of the boys. The craftsmanship and the workmanship is exceptional from the plastering, the building of the media wall the painting the led lights and fitting the Tv soundbar and fireplace. Our house is now our home.
