Thomas came at very short notice when a section of plaster soffit fell away on our 100-year old house. He assessed the damage, gave me a price and then called out one of his specialists to do the work which was done quickly and efficiently. He cleared our gutters for the agreed price and even fixed a damaged windowsill at no extra cost.

Very well priced, done the job quickly and very well. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get guttering sorted.

Thomas replied very quickly and came round straight away to look at the job. He quoted me there and then and got on with fixing my gutter leak. Thomas was a nice bloke and very professional. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Birchwood made prompt contact and arrived at the agreed time ready to carry out the work. After a careful review of requirements a price was agreed and the work completed efficiently , tidily and in a timely manner. Birchwood were open and professional and I would not hesitate to use them in future.

Could see a small bit of daylight in the loft. Thomas and co were very quick to respond and did the repairs the next morning for us. Communicated well and offered us a reasonable rate. Very happy with the work :)

Guttering replaced and sealant applied. Was charged almost 3 times the price than quoted as was told that it needed a sealant and guttering pipe. They came to do the work on Sunday (5 days earlier than agreed) and told the higher price was due to the work being carried out on a Sunday. Hindsight, the work could have waited until Friday, which was the agreed date.) So far no problems with the work.

After ten years of problems with our new-build's traditional sand and cement roof ridge, we decided to copy our neighbours and and have our mortar-fixed ridge tiles removed and replaced with a dry ridge roof system. Our neighbour recommnended Birchwood Home Improvements who had recently fitted a dry ridge roof system on their house. I spoke to Thomas (of Birchwood Home Improvements) and a couple of days later he and his team had replaced our existing ridge tiles with a mortar-free dry ridge system. The whole job was done in less than a day and the site was left clean and tidy.

The gentleman sent over via Thomas came along with a couple of his colleagues to donthe work. Very quick but was very surprised that the final price given by the gentleman that did the work was over double the price quoted by Thomas initially. The gentleman told me that this was due to them having to go and get a replacement gutter pipe plus the sealant for it, as well as the work being carried out on a Sunday. (I originally booked for the following Friday.) Keeping fingers tightly crossed that the work copes with whatever the weather brings.

Thomas helped me out allot and fixed my old guttering and exterior wall tiles, really easy to work with and offered there service the next day. Very good team and will be using them again.

They came to quote, the job was so quick and they needed only some fixative which they had on the van so they did it there and then. All the correct paperwork sorted and signed. A weight off my mind. So happy with the whole experience

The company was polite, kind and considerate - the only issue was that they turned up one day early! In the end we made it work and the job was completed in less than 4 hours which was great. They explained if any extra work was needed, how much it would be for, and let us decide if we wanted to still proceed. Otherwise no issues, I would recommend them absolutely for any roof issues! We had drip trays, holes round the chimney fixed and gutters cleaned and general repairs completed.
