Amazing work again, always reliable and very knowledgeable.

As a local landlord, I use this company regularly and as usual, they were fast to respond, competent and fairly-priced. Always polite and helpful and very good at dealing with tenants - even the ones that can't be bothered with a safety check or are sometimes a little difficult. Importantly, I can rely on them -Paul will do what he says, when he says and is always contactable in an emergency.

I took out an annual service plan and care plan. I requested a Service prior to Christmas and this was done promptly with some good help and advice on using the heating. Bishop plumbing had put in my new boiler some 12 months earlier and it has been excellent, efficient and reliable.

We had a full installation of a new gas boiler, heating system and thermostat fitted to modern standards. The engineers were polite, arrived on time, worked till late and explained the Nest technology of the system. Bishop is a very professional company and should be on everyone's local contact list next to major names.

Bishop Plumbing and Heating Ltd have been a reassuring voice on the end of the phone when my boiler broke down. They made a concerted effort to get a boiler in quickly and fitted it efficiently and neatly using the template from the old one. It was up and working in no time at all. Especially appreciated in the cold weather we were having.

My heating broke down and I contacted Bishop Plumbing & Heating as they opened. Although they were very busy they agreed to get an engineer to me by the end of the day - later confirmed as mid-afternoon. Then I received a phone call late morning to say they were able to get an engineer to me sooner and he duly arrived within 15 minutes. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I have used the services of Bishop”s before, and quite honestly they will always be my first choice to use. Every member of the team I have dealt with has been professional and organised- but more than that- have always gone that extra mile to do a good job and to look after you.

I would highly recommend Bishop Heating & Plumbing, my boiler needed replacing and as a lady of 70 living alone you are always concerned in respect of tradespeople severely overpricing, however this certainly was NOT the case. The quote was fair and concise, everything itemised, for me to review prior to accepting, without any pressure from Paul for me to accept his quote at that point in time. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, he took time to understand my requirements for a new boiler and to explain in detail, what was required, answering any of the questions that I had. His Heating Engineers worked so hard to complete the job after a few issues they came across with my plumbing ensuring that the job was finished enabling me to have heating and hot water the same day. They were friendly, professional, friendly and the house was left clean and tidy, with the old boiler and all redundant parts etc taken away.

Bishop Plumbing were amazing when my 82 year old Dad's boiler stopped working during the coldest week of the year so far. Prompt visit, diagnosis and repair. Would heartily recommend!

My hot water immersion heaters decided to stop working over the festive period of Christmas/New Yr. I contacted Bishops Plumbing via their online form and asked for an engineer to attend ASAP. As this was right in the middle of the bank holiday, they were unable to send an engineer but sent a link via text with a self help video and some information to support until they could get someone out. I did this and had hot water! They then made an appointment to come and check the issue, provided a quote and once accepted, made a return visit to finalise. Brilliant communication throughout. Keep up to date with visits. Arrived in the agreed time slot. Friendly, professional and quick. Excellent service & highly recommend!
