He responded quickly and arrsnged a convenient time wiyh me to call and assess. Advice given with price for neccesary work and also for additional supportive options at my discretion . Maintained good , polite communication with me re:dates and times and interim assessment, to get job done. Work was done quietly, quickly and tidied up well afterwards .everything seems to be ok but wouldnt hesitate to call him back if needed"
