"I was very impressed by the way all members of staff were very professional yet very friendly and approachable from the outset through to completion. I was impressed by the fact that my quote was set out on headed paper - an increasingly rare thing these days! Stan and his team of lads were polite and respectful. They worked quietly - no radio blaring - and efficiently. Customer satisfaction certainly was key. I was apprised of all developments, as the entire project progressed. On the day of installation, I was consulted as and when the need arose and my views were taken into consideration. It was a tricky job but it was dealt with as though it were no trouble at all. My garden has been greatly enhanced by the replacement fence panel. Thank you, Black Country Fencing. I will be more than happy to recommend you to my friends and family, and neighbours. Overall quality of the work was very good. Afterwards I did find some debris but this is understandable due to the difficultly of the installation.
