Lee, Ethan and Shippy completed their task to damp proof our lounge in a concise and efficient manner within the quoted 2 days. Special attention was made to the cleanliness and neatness of the finished job and the plastered walls were left in a first class levelled finish. Our painter and decorator made a point of highlighting the top class finish to the walls which made his job that much easier. I had a problem with rising damp in my hall due to having the original quarry tiles. I called damp proofing solutions and from that initial call to completion I was very impressed. Adam came out to assess what needed to be done, he explained everything in detail and gave me a price and date. The two men who came out were punctual both days. They were very friendly and polite. They started work as soon as they arrived and worked very hard and professionally. The works took two days to complete which was great and was of a very high standard. They left after having cleaned up and washing my drive. I have already recommended this company to other people. Being a female on my own its hard to come accriss a reliable, trustworthy company that you know won't pull the wool over your eyes . This company really put my mind at rest. Thankyou to all

The surveyor identified the problem and explained what needed to be done and the work was carried out efficiently and in good time. The workmen were friendly and polite, answering any questions we had.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The initial survey of the house helped us identify the extent of the damp, but also which areas of mould just needed to air out. The team doing the work were always on time, friendly and professional. Not only would we recommend, but we plan on using them again next year as we get round to addressing the damp in other parts of the house.

We had our basement water leak fixed by Damp Proofing. They have been excellent and helped us solve the problem we was having. They was fast and efficient with the work carried out. Even after reading all of the good reviews, I was honestly still pleasantly surprised by what a fantastic company this is! Quick to respond initially, Stuart came out, surveyed the property and knew straight away what was needed. No hard sell and everything was explained in a way that made total sense! The 2 gents that came to do the job, Alex and Ben, were polite and friendly and I was impressed at how careful they were with my home and belongings. They cleaned up well, explained everything thoroughly and just generally made the whole experience great! I would absolutely use them again and recommend to others.

We used Damp Proofing Solutions to remedy some rising damp and ventilation issues at our home. From initial quote to works being carried out, everything was done on time and as agreed. Everyone I liaised with were great too. Would use again if needed.

We had them in for two days of work to carry out woodworm treatment (loft and upstairs floors). They were cheerful and well-mannered despite it being an uncomfortable and unpleasant job and cleaned up well after themselves. My only niggle was that it felt expensive for the amount of time and materials used but I appreciate that not everyone wants to do this sort of work.
