Well,What an absolute Gem 💎. In a world of let downs and previous disappointing tradesmen, Ben was a dream. Right from the start communication was impeccable, prompt and Informative, not to mention patient. I changed my requirements a few times!. We settled on Ben painting doorframes, balustrade, stair stringer and skirting, replacing wallpaper , rectifying plenty of previous trades mistakes! and painting stair wainscotting with a perfectly colour matched paint👍🏻 We had a couple of unexpected personal issues , which Ben was able to accommodate and change dates quickly and effectively and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Was even prepared to work a bank holiday if needed😀 The work is perfect and we were so pleased with everything, we kept him a little longer to tile our hallway. Again, I was indecisive, but nothing was too much trouble, Ben gave us his advice, and its turned out better than I had hoped. In fact, ive not enough space to praise Ben enough. Book him!

2nd job from BMC projects. As previously mentioned, Ben is an absolute dream to work with. Communication 2nd to none, Work is perfect, patience seems to be endless and plenty of advice given. Our job was completed exactly as we wanted. Painting. Wallpapering and tiling. Our place not yet finished so cannot so his work to its best with our limited photos. We hope to have him back for kitchen tiling in the future, so that says it all. 💯 percent recommend.

Ben answered my call immediately and came round to assess the job and quote the very next day. We were in regular contact by phone and WhatsApp about tiles, grout etc and I was booked in quickly. Ben is clearly proud of his trade and keen to do a meticulous job. He popped in a day before due to start to double check something and we discussed the cuts and some prework to do to get a better finish. I was glad of his honesty, it showed his integrity, pride in his work and determination to complete work to the highest standard. We again had excellent communication in the lead up to starting the job and throughout, with regular photos and discussions. Ben was always keen to check and explain what he was doing and that I was happy as my kitchen was tricky eith windows, bowed worktops etc! His skill and mastery ensured a fantastic finish despite these challenges. Lovely tradesman, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and clean worker. Thoroughly recommended this trader.
