BHW have done various work for one being an emergency call out for a blocked toilet. The first job BHW did for me was to fix 2 radiators that wouldn't heat up. 1 being upstairs and the other downstairs. The source of the problem was the heating flow and return to radiator and the replacement of central heating pump had to be replaced and the dirt at the bottom of the radiators hoovered out and then back to full heating. Also at this time had a new radiator replaced in one bedroom.

Ben & Harry first came to our house to fix radiator problems from a bad tradesman previously. We had a good vibe from day one. They went on to fitting a water pump in the airing cupboard to make our showers more efficient and a few other smaller jobs. We were having a Wren kitchen installed over Xmas but were let down by the fitter. Ben & Harry took on the job and achieved such a lovely finish. They fitted all appliances and tiled. We were very happy with the end result. During the fitting they had our house keys so we could continue working. They always left everything clean and tidy and made sure they locked up properly at the end of the day. The next job was our main bathroom. They ripped out the old and fitted the new bathroom, put a new ceiling in with spotlights, fitted wet boards etc. Once again we were very happy with their work! These guys are so easy to get along with. They seem to be able to do most jobs therefore we keep having them back. 100% recommended by us!!

BHW did a boiler swap for us when the old boiler failed. Went through best options for our property and came up with a price which was significantly better than British Gas. The boiler guarantee beats the British Gas own ‘guarantee’ by miles too. Great job and very happy. They also fitted a new kitchen for us in October 2024. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Have recently recommended them to a friend who needed some urgent work done for their elderly dad and was told they were awesome. 100% trustworthy and reliable.

BHW have been doing my plumbing in Bedford for many years from re-piping , new system and boiler . Every year they have serviced my system taken care of any issues in a professional manner clean and always polite . And very reasonable on what they charge . I live in a development of 117 apartments, Ben & Harry have been recommended and used by many owners on the estate. New kitchens and bathrooms, boilers replaced and serviced, leaks fixed, drains unblocked, taps, hot water tanks and pumps updated. We started our relationship when we had an overflow leak to the outside of the building. Multiple previous plumbers over 18 months had been unable to trace the source to an individual apartment. They were challenged to find it, and they had within the hour. Excellent lateral thinking and can do/with minimal fuss attitude. Good people to have in your home, good value for money, a good number to call when you have a problem or need a refit.
