Overall it was a good experience. The survey was carried out promptly and the qoute was provided the next day. The plumber was polite and efficient. The only criticism I have was I had to ring the office a couple of times as the plumber was late due to problems with a previous job. would have been better to have been kept informed

Super quick in responding to 'call out' for the work needing to be done and they were able to send someone out that morning to check the issue. The issue was found pretty quickly and they were able to go off, source the part and do a full repair all within about 3 hours on the dame day. Great service and great guy that they sent over that explained everything he was doing and what was needed and why. Very reasonable cost.

Lee came round and gave me a free estimate of the job ( replaceing taps) and we made a date for him to do the job, he kept in contact with me and did a good job and said if I had any problems to contact him and he would come and sort it out. He cleaned up afterwards

Really attentive company, offered to go out of their way to help when the original time wasn't met. Plumber arrived, unblocked the pipes and left with very little fuss. The initial consultation from Plumb London was excellent, and then a call received quickly do explain a detailed quote. The appointment for the work was quick and the work to the bathroom carried out quickly and expertly by Mounir to a high standard. From start to finish a seamless service and a very happy customer.

Had a boiler service carried out - overall a good service, no issues and engineer called to say when he was on his way. This is one of the main reasons I use Plumb London - they call if the engineer can’t make it or is running late so you are not left waiting for a no show.

The Plumb London team were great. Par on the initital visit dig a thourough check of our boiler and heating. We were not surprised by the recommendation of a new boiler as the old one was 20+ years old. Par and Stefan took a day to completely sort everything including the new boiler, additional pipes and radiator caps. Everything was as expected from an execllent business. I would use them again and recommend.

After visiting the site they gave us a detailed quote with description of the work, the list of parts and the start date. They carried out the work in a professional manner and within the time scale as promised. They cleared all the debris and removed the old boiler. No fus. Veri satisfied with the result.
