We were getting a bad smell from our shower after use. It was clearly more than just a regular maintenance job. I was very impressed by both the Customer Service with Happy Drains and and how the Engineer managed to trace the smell from our complex drainage system. Communications with everyone at Happy Drains throughout the process was first class.

We got in touch with Happy Drains when both our basin and bath stopped draining completely. It was not an emergency but an employee visited us within two days, carried out the work quickly and effectively with a very friendly demeanour and only charged the amount agreed prior to his visit - no additional work was suggested or required. We will definitely keep their details should we ever need their services again.

I contacted Happy Drains to carry out a drain survey on a property I was considering purchasing. They arrived promptly and carried out the agreed works. Midway through they encountered a problem and called whilst still on site to discuss it with me directly which was a lovely touch. would use again!

The initial telephonic contact was friendly and helpful, and the appointment made for the next available working day. When the employee arrived, he was very professional, and managed to find the issue quickly. The blockage wasn't easy to remove (stones and mud from a collapsed pipe) and needed some extra persuasion, but eventually the water was running clear through the pipes - much to our delight. This pipe and drain had been giving us issues since we moved into the house last May. I would gladly recommend this company to others
