The work was carried out in several locations in our church building, and all to a very high standard. Richard was able to identify and solve each problem. He also managed to contact Southern Water to achieve a speedy resolution to a problem that was their responsibility.
Richard is a 'plumbing detective '. He will systematically go through possible causes of a problem with great patience. He was able to flush out some grit in an incoming main water pipe after outside work by the water board. Thorough, patient and always polite, he has built up considerable experience.
Richard is courteous, friendly and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and always explains step by step what the jobs entail. He has carried out several plumbing repair/ installations for us over the last few years, most recently a replacement kitchen tap, fixing a plunge plug and repairing another tap. He always leaves a tidy working area. We would highly recommend Richard. 10 out of 10
