The existing boiler was over 30 years old. The scope of the new installation work was described in detail. The work started and was completed on the dates stated. All done satisfactorily and the team were very pleasant to deal with. The only problem was a faulty hot water tank temperature transmitter, and this was quickly replaced. I was very satisfied with the work and the service provided.

Darren and Steve installed a new boiler for us, doing a very efficient and tidy job, with which we are happy. They were reliable, good at responding to queries, and particularly helpful for elderly people. We have subsequently got their help with some other jobs and continue to be happy!

Darren and Steve installed a new boiler for my elderly mother, while she was in hospital with a broken leg, reusing the space occupied by the old hot water cylinder. The finished job was clean, neat & tidy and we have had no problems with the installation in the year since. They subsequently returned, at short notice, to move a radiator at the foot of the stairs to make space for her new stairlift. Overall, I am very happy with their work. (All the more impressive because we had various Covid restrictions in place at the time.)

A job I was not looking forward to, but one which had to be done. Darren and Steve did a brilliant job. They arrived on time and got straight down to removing the old boiler. Darren and Steve of Home Boilers fitted a new boiler for us. It was fitted in 1 full day (as previously agreed) when the job was quoted. The job was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Very pleased with the installation of Worcester Bosch FS 30cdi which replaced a 17 years old non condensing potterton boiler. Also replaced controller/timer, diverter valves and room thermostat etc. The previous boiler had not been piped and wired correctly. I chose this company to replace my 30 year old boiler. As there was extra work because of the age of the old boiler I chose a company with many good years of experience. Their quote was in line with other companies and came across as friendly and knowledgeable. The job was completed on time and within quote. A small problem was resolved quickly after being reported. All waste was removed and everything was tidied up. Both Darren and Steve are friendly and polite.
