1) They were supposed to visit property around 4.30pm, after I returned from work. I had to phone couple of times to find out if they were still coming. Advised they are stuck on another job. Eventually, they turned up at 9.30pm. 2) It took Engineer less than 10 mins to unblock the toilet. The repair cost was given before work was carried out. I think charging £130.00 to unblock a simple toilet blockage was steep in price.

Very prompt to pick up job and confirmed a slot the following morning. But unfortunately communication was very poor - different people whatsapping or texting, apparently forgetting the job type or time slot agreed. Tradesperson eventually arrived 5-7 hours late and had clearly had an overly full day. He did a good job on the sink itself.

Same evening service, work done in less than an hour, reasonable bill (lower than other call out fees).

Initially no time given so I followed up by WhatsApp and I got incredible swift communication. Russell was the plumber who turned up who quickly assessed the job, got it fixed and talked me through the issue. Impressed with the speed and professionalism of the team.

The service requested and provided was a soak away drain to solve a flooding issue in my property I just bought. A site visit was arranged after I had sent a video. Joe and his mate came at the time promised. The office provided a clear “that’s it complete price”. They turned up on time done the job and left the site how they found it. They explained fully and provided photos of what had been done. Satisfied customer here

Requested a quote to unblock our kitchen sink after trying drain unblockers / plunging / checking the u-bend. Got a call almost immediately and arranged for someone to come out to give a quote in the morning. Was contacted by WhatsApp in the morning to confirm and someone was with us before 10am. Call out was free, was happy with the quote of £145 for the job and the unblocking was done really quickly (total visit was less than 30 mins). Also got a report by email - great service, very happy and a big relief to be able to use the sink again!

They assessed the job first and then gave me a price for the work rather than hourly rate. The engineer that went to property was very polite, very good at letting me know what was happening and checked a few extra things for when I asked. They went over and above and I felt we were in capable hands who did a great job for a fair price
