Michal came for annual boiler maintenance, and also fixed my underfloor heating wiring in ONE minute. Exactly - in 1 minute he understood my system (seeing it 1st time), and re-wired it so that manifold pump started to operate properly. Definitely Good Professionals, and they also doing plumbing, so i feel happy to have them on the off-chance. Lydia provides full information, reports and updates - very convenient. I also very appreciate that Whatsapp communication with them is possible. Thus, I join in numerous good reviews for this Company.

I have had my boiler serviced every year by a number of companies but the engineer never seemed to spend long and I was happy the safely checks were okay. My daughter used this company and told me how brilliant they were so as soon as my annual contract expired I booked them in and what a difference. The engineer checked and cleaned the boiler. He explained what he had done and showed me pics. And of course the important safety checks.
Jack did a great job of our boiler service, shared all the documentation promptly and gave really clear advice. Will definitely use them for our next boiler service.

Excellent Service from BoilerGurus! We were recently left without hot water due to a faulty motorised valve. BoilerGurus responded promptly and got the system back up and running in no time. A huge shoutout to the engineer (Jake), who did a fantastic job. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly.
I was very pleased with the service I received. All my questions were answered promptly by Lydia, who kept in contact with me explaining costs and timings before she sent out an engineer. Excellent experience from start to finish. Visit was booked in promptly and engineer did a fantastic job servicing our boiler (which was in a bad state due to poor quality servicing from another company). Paperwork was completed fully with detailed pictures, and sent through shortly after the visit. Affordable and excellent service - what’s not to like?
Our heating was on 24 hrs which I thought was our boiler but the company said it will be the hot water valves which were changed and now working how it should be.
Excellent service from start to finish After a routine service by another provider left my underfloor heating non-functional. I contacted Boilergurus, the engineer quickly identified the issue and restored the entire system in under an hour, including an area I’d been told was not repairable. Everything was explained clearly, there was no upselling, and the cost was very reasonable. The engineer was professional, honest, and highly competent. I’m so happy to have found a reliable company to look after my underfloor heating and will definitely be using them again.
