I have now used Rob (Boilers Boilers) for servicing/repairs to my central heating on 2 occasions and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I first used him in December 2010 when my boiler broke down New Years Eve. I really expected to be without heat until the New Year but Rob came out and fixed and serviced my boiler. He has been back today to carry out another service and fix a leaking radiator. I found Rob through recommendation from a friend and would not think of using anyone else.

Numerous problems with the boiler which led to a complete shut down were fixed for a very reasonable price. The issue involved numerous leaks and disfunctioning valves which led to water leaking into the electric system damaging the electrics and timer. The quality of work was very thorugh and was explained clearly throughout. The level of service shown went beyond the identified problems to improve the overall function of the system and felt like an additional service. Will definitely use again without hesitation and would highly recommend.

Robert came within an hour of our call, gave his recommendation which we totally agreed with, and arranged to complete the work for us. He was punctual, efficient, polite, happy and clean and tidy with the work done. He was very aware and up to date with all the appliances he endorsed. He came back a week later to re-drain the system and check we were satisfied. The price quoted was the price we paid. BOILER REPLACMENT: HAD A FEW QUOTES ETC, FOUND ROB TO BE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ( ANSWERED ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS I HAD AND GAVE ME USEFUL TIPS ON MAINTAINING MY CENTAL HEATING SYSTEM ) HIS QUOTE WAS COMPETITIVE AND HIS QUALITY OF WORK VERY GOOD. THOUGHT ROB WAS A NICE GUY WHO LISTENS TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL, WOULDN,T HESITATE RECOMMENDING HIM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

After having another heating engineer to see our boiler we decided to get a second opinion from Boilers Boilers. We fully expected to have our boiler condemned. Rob came round, identified the problem very quickly and said we didn't need a new boiler as he could repair it at a fraction of the cost. He ordered the necessary part, came back the next morning and fixed it. Rob has restored our faith in boiler repair men and we highly recommend him.
