Tony puts the trust in trust a trader. Extremely honest. Tony gave an accurate expectation about how much the work could be after going though some of the obvious problems and tried to diagnose the problem over the phone to avoid having to come at all to save us money. He arranged a date and arrived in the date agreed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the heater working within an hour. When I asked him how much, he refused payment and said it was his "Good deed for the day". We tried to give him something for his efforts, but he still refused. We are so grateful there are still people who are that honest and kind. Please look no further for a heating engineer. Thank you so much Tony.

Tony replaced a dated sink that had started to leak. Dropped by after my initial call to measure up and tell me what was needed. Sink was outsized so had to be ordered specially. Tony kept me updated with the cost and time frame for delivery. Arrived bang on time on the day of installation and worked tirelessly. Standard of work is excellent and I'm am delighted with my new sink. Tony is a really nice guy and very professional. Clean up after was really good and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

As an engineer I am well qualified to comment on all aspects of a plumber`s work . Tony Bradshaw is as good as it gets! He is up to date on all the latest methods (all joints crimped -no soldering); he is well organised, clean and efficient. He sorts out the removal of the old parts, optimises the warranty period by applying the correct parts such as filters etc. and then completes the paperwork to ensure you have the full warranty (10 years in my case)! He is good value, straightforward and a pleasure to deal with.

Tony replaced a faulty valve on my mum's boiler. He was very helpful in sourcing the part, was punctual, clean and tidy and gave an estimate for the works ahead of repair. We were very pleased with the service and Tony's knowledge and would highly recommend him.

Excellent, Tony was really quick to come back to me to arrange a time to visit and was here when he said he would be. Fixed the issue in 20 mins with parts he had in his van and was extremely reasonably priced (some quotes just for a call out were ridiculous). Definitely recommend and will be calling again on future if we have other issues.
