"Harris came over to conduct a structural survey before the start of my bungalow rennovation and wrote a great report. However, I had to get Harris in a second time as the builders had not followed his guidance, structual instructions and building calculations... Harris then wrote a second report highlighting the problem areas. The work has now being corrected by new builders... I gave Buildrite and in particular Harris a 5 star rating because of the knowledge, understanding and professionalism that Harris demonstrated. He is an asset to Buildrite. Only someone on the Architects Registration Board (ARB) register may legally call themselves an 'architect' in the UK — ask for their ARB number and check it free at arb.org.uk. An 'architectural designer' or 'technologist' is a different, unregistered role (often capable, but not the same protection).
