His quote was fantastic in comparison to the others and I accepted straight away. Horace, from the outset, struck me as a guy I could trust which I never got from the others. Honest, hardworking and a guy who would do his outmost. I have no knowledge whatsoever of charges for building, carpentry etc, but I had a ‘feeling’ this guy would deliver the goods.
