Carl came today to look at our gas fire.very polite,honest and recommended what needed to be done,nice to deal with people that don't want to rip you off.would highly recommend.

Contacted Carl to attend to a boiler not working. He came out on the weekend and identified the problem, he ordered parts and returned on Tuesday with the parts. I asked him to carry out a service while he was here. He found a few more items that required a good cleaning showed them to me and explained what they did and how they worked within the boiler. Work was completed in a timely manner and boiler is now working. From start to finish Carl kept us updated on time of arrival and completed the job in professional way and would recommend him to everyone Thanks Carl from two happy pensioners
