“Contacted Carl to attend to a boiler not working. He came out on the weekend and identified the problem, he ordered parts and returned on Tuesday with the parts. I asked him to carry out a service while he was here. He found a few more items that required a good cleaning showed them to me and explained what they did and how they worked within the boiler. Work was completed in a timely manner and boiler is now working. From start to finish Carl kept us updated on time of arrival and completed the job in professional way and would recommend him to everyone Thanks Carl from two happy pensioners”

I needed a gas man and carl came to the rescue. He gave me great service, great atmosphere and a really nice man to talk to. I would recommend him anyone. I have also keep his number. If you need a gas man call carl fantastic service and honest guy. Thank you carl
This is the second time Carl has come and taken care of our gas fire. The first time was to fix a problem other gas fitters had given up on and the second time was to carry out a general service of the gas fire. On both occasions he was punctual and friendly and took time to explain what he was doing. After his first visit he even checked in with us later in the day, via text, to see if the gas fire was working as it should. All-in-all great service and great after care. Would definitely recommend to others.

Arrived a little before time scheduled, was very polite and friendly, explained what he was doing and why , job was done efficiently and clean , would recommend him to friends .
Helpful with advice and how to actually save money on the job with scheduling. The only person I could get to deal with an emergency job and really glad it was Carl. Will definitely be contacting him for other jobs as they arise and recommend to other family members.

Carl arrived when he said he would. He explained the problem and showed me what he was doing. Carl had agreed the price with me before making the appointment to fix my boiler. He did tell me that to contact him if I had any problems after he had finished and he would come back. I found Carl very friendly and pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.
Carl was excellent. Serviced the boiler and explained everything he was doing. Very reasonably priced and would certainly recommend anyone needing heating work done, to call Carl.
Very friendly. Explained what he was doing as he went along and showed me the parts of the boiler that were the problem and what he was going to change. Came to look at the job the day after I called him and then came back to fix it the next day. Even knocked some off the price as it was an expensive job otherwise. Would highly recommend.
Gas cooker disconnect/reconnect. First impressions always count for me; Carl was is very polite and professional. He took the time to assist with my initial enquiry and was able to attend very promptly. The work was completed to a very good standard and he ensures that he explains the work that has been done so that it is always completed to the safety standard. Top guy friendly but professional explained and showed me exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do told me the price upfront I'm over the moon with all aspects of the job and that now I have a gas engineer I can rely on having previously dealt with a couple of cowboys thank you very much carl
