Calum is an electrician. he undertook all the electrical work for our extension which was overall a very big job. Callum is trust worthy and always answers his hone either as a call or text promptly. I am happy overall on his work. My only criticism is his attention to details could be better. he should check with the customer before doing certain things to ensure that is what the customer wants. for example the correct position of wall switches and down lights. another example was he wired one of the wall switches the wrong way round and so it is the opposite way to the adjacent light switches. They are relatively small things which is why I still employ his services

Callum has worked for Scargill Mann & Co lettings for the last year. His work has always been to high standard, fast and efficient and any queries or concerns handled effectively. He has completed a large number of EICR works for us, along with general electrical maintenance.

Calum turned up on time to complete works on a bathroom refurb we have being completed, he talked me through the job as it was done. And importantly tidyed up after himself.

The tradesmen arrived exactly at the pre-arranged time, removed the gas hob, re-cut the kitchen work surface to size, laid on a new electrical supply and fitted my new induction hob. All the work was completed to my satisfaction and as quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend them. A job well done!

The downstairs lighting kept tripping the RCD. C M Ward came same day to investigate. A fault was found and the circuit disconnected. A subsequent visit was scheduled and the faulty light fitting was identified and replaced. Overall, a very prompt and efficient service and I would use them again for any future work.

Was given good advice on the Solar Panel system we decided to go with everything was done when we were told it was going to be done and they arrived on time. All work was done to a very high standard and everything was left how they found it. Very pleased and would highly recommend CM Ward

Had a new consumer unit fitted. Possibly not the cheapest but the work was carried out at the time and date specified in a professional manner by a pleasant electrician. What more can you ask for.

An excellent service from Callum, fitting solar panels on our bungalow at a very competitive price with good communication from start to finish. The whole job was completed in 2 days instead of the estimated 5 days with the minimum disruption. Chris was in and out of the house in a respectful manner and all the guys were friendly and helpful. They arrived promptly at 8am as arranged and worked constantly through the days in freezing weather. There were no issues and aftercare has been offered if any problems occur.

The company has been prompt in responding to enquiries from the initial contact to completion. The work was carried out efficiently, within schedule and budget. The scaffolders and installers were very helpful and managed to keep disruption to a minimum. One small snag was promptly resolved. Overall we are very pleased with the installation.

It’s always nice to have a tradesperson who leaves things tidy when finished and takes time to explain their work, making their customer feel at ease and confident. My install wasn’t the simplest and had a couple of unexpected issues due to previous work done at the property. Once complete, all paperwork was also provided quickly following the install, along with an invoice as per the original quote, despite the extra effort that was required during the install.
