"I called Charlie after reading the reviews on line to un block a toilet. He was polite, asked questions to find out how serious the problem was (if a blocked toilet is not serious) and came quickly. He was very thorough and sorted the problem. He has all the equipment including cameras to check out the system. Price was what he quoted. Can't recommend highly enough."
